Wikipedia Random Link

Everyone(except professors and old ladies who watch too much daytime news) loves Wikipedia and what a great resource it has become. Recently I was reading comments on lifehacker as to what users homepages were, and one tip caught my eye. A user had a link to a random Wikipedia page, that he had set as his homepage. Every time he opens up his browser, it will direct him to a randomly selected Wikipedia page. I haven’t been using this as my homepage, but it can be interesting to hit the button as a bookmark and stumble on a randomly selected encyclopedia article. Heres the link – Random Wikipedia.org Article

The Burj Dubai is currently the tallest structure in the world. This is a shot from the top of it, looking down on 70-story buidings beneath it. I did not take this photo, and do not have information on who did take it. Burj Dubai at wikipedia. I just found this image on another blog and thought I would share it with you.

World Class Fitness in 100 Words
World-Class Fitness in 100 Words:
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
I’m not an expert in this field, but I think this statement holds quite a bit of value. Thanks brother. CrossFit
